Another terrific release from Rotten Sound! Even though the tracks here are not 100 % grindcore nihilist, but it still a pleasure listening. Yes, Cursed did kick the ball rolling with fast grindcore attack with Alone and Superior but later gradually change their song structure. Most of the tracks after that started with either slow or mid tempo heavy metallic riff and sometimes out of sudden they will attack your audio with grinding assault (example tracks: Power, Addict and Exploit). The mixing is perfect, heavy crunchy distorted guitar and bass line supported with evil growling vocalist. Oh ya, they throw a nice short guitar solo here and there as well but it’s just ok for me. Cursed consist of 16 tracks overall with the running time average of one to two minutes for every track. Support these Finnish guys!
